When you have some free time and you can take some time out from your busy schedule, you can spend your vacation at a hotel with SPA. Another great opportunity is to opt for a day treatment at a spa with accommodation. Here we are going to tell you some interesting facts concerning hotels with SPA and also discuss their types.

Primarily we are going to talk about a destination spa. Destination SPA is commonly known as spa with accommodation. Mostly, it is designed to refresh you by providing your mind and body with fitness and indulging you in eating healthy and ensure complete relaxation. By visiting it you receive a chance to enter in a new beautiful world. It’s wonderful that there are no tensions and troubles of your everyday life.

The next type of SPA with accommodation is Resort spa. In fact resort SPA is a hotel where SPA treatment is represented. I even managed to find SPA in one of Portland hotels. Besides, his spa with accommodation for tourists in hotels is meant for their comfort and convenience. Furthermore besides spa, they can offer you several fitness classes along with spa cuisines.

Now let’s talk about such SPA with accommodation as Day spa. On the whole this day spa treatment is only for a day. Once, when I was staying at one of Portland hotels, I was visiting day SPA near my hotel. Nowadays some people go for a day spa for manicures and pedicures, while others go for body massage and facial.

After that we are going to talk about medical spa. In fact, this type of spa treatment mainly focuses on cosmetic treatments, such as Botox injections and Laser resurfacing. It’s wonderful that here you can enjoy complete medical care under the supervision of licensed health care expert. It’s not that easy to find medical SPA close to your hotel when staying in one of Portland hotels.

Another type of SPA with accommodation is Cruise ship spa. Cruise ship spa these are spa treatments provided on cruise ship. To cut the long story short, it encompasses several component related to fitness and well being.

Although I have travelled to quite a few countries, there are still quite a few I would like to explore. I have visited Florida on many occasions and although I absolutely love all the theme parks, it is such a hectic holiday, that by the time I return home, I feel like I need another holiday!

I have some friends who pay a visit every year to the Caribbean. They enjoy Christmas at home, but once this is finished, their bags are swiftly packed and off they go for their 2 week’s all inclusive hotel break. It sounds good to me, where better a place to be in the winter than the Caribbean where the sun is always shining and the temperature is a steady 25 degrees. It helps immensely that the locals are well known for their wonderful hospitality.

Of course, it’s not all about just taking it easy on the beach for a couple of weeks, whilst topping up your tan. There are lots of different activities you could try on a Caribbean holiday. Can you imagine being able to try your hand at snorkelling in the beautiful clear turquoise waters with the added bonus of all those beautiful tropical fish swimming around you. It sounds absolutely like my kind of holiday.

I have heard that Caribbean Spa Holidays are a real favourite with us Brits. Of course we have Spa Hotels in England, but given the choice, I think the Caribbean would win it for me every time. All I ask is for a bit of sunshine and a tasty glass of rum and I’m very content.
