Finding A Great Hotel At A Great Price

It is always worth investing the time and effort required to find yourself a good hotel. There are plenty of good ones out there but, unfortunately, there are plenty of bad ones mixed in amongst them. A bad hotel can make it almost impossible to enjoy what would otherwise be a very enjoyable trip. With that in mind, here are some helpful tips to help you find the right hotel for you…

Location : If you want to make sightseeing and shopping more convenient, it is best to select a hotel in, or near, the center of the town. Town center hotels can be a bit much if you are there for longer than a week though. If your budget limits you to choosing an out of town hotel, then look closely at local transport / car hire options before booking, to ensure that you will not be too isolated.

Cleanliness : Cleanliness and sanitation are one of the most important aspect to consider when choosing a hotel. It is impossible to rest and relax if the bed-sheets are not clean, the bathroom smells, the room smells of smoke, etc. No-one enjoys staying in a hotel that is not clean, so do not risk it thinking that “it cannot be that bad”. The newer a hotel is, the cleaner it generally is, though this is not always the case.

Cost : Most people must stick to a limited budget, so it is always better to work out the total hotel cost before you make reservations. Having decided how much you can afford to spend, then evaluate which of the hotels within that price range offers the best value for money.

Booking Online : Pre-booking your room via the Internet means that you get a better price and do not have any forms to fill in on arrival. Their website will include pictures of their rooms and facilities so you will know what to expect beforehand. Online bookings are typically accepted up to 24 hours before arrival, all major credit cards are accepted, and payments are processed through a secure server – it could not be easier or safer.

Reviews / Testimonials : The best way to find out about the pros and cons of a hotel is to read what past guests have to say about it. A hotel’s own website is only ever going to say good things about them, but by checking out hotel review sites you get to know the bad along with the good. To find honest, unbiased reviews, try typing the name of the hotel and ‘review’ into Google.

Coupons : Free coupon books are available at travel agencies, airports, railway stations, etc. There are also websites which provide coupons for various hotel chains. You can expect to save at least 10%, and possibly much more. Some restrictions are normally in place, but not always.

Visiting Disneyland In Paris

All children dream of going to Disneyland, but let’s not forget that adults also like to take part in fun activities and be entertained too, which is just what Disneyland offers. The problem is that for anyone who lives outside of America, traveling to the original Disneyland is very expensive. On the other hand, Disneyland Paris can be easily reached by people living in Europe.

Even if you live in America, it can make a nice change to spend your vacation outside of the country. By going to Disneyland Paris, you can have the same great Disney experience, but also mix it up with some European culture by taking a day trip or two to nearby places. That is of course, if you can manage to find any free time, as Disneyland Paris has so much on offer!

It is of little surprise that Disney Paris provides a first class array of hotels and facilities. All budgets are catered for, and you can find just the right hotel to meet your particular tastes. Hotels in Disneyland Paris include the official Disneyland Hotel right on site, and the Newport Bay Club, Hotel New York, Sequoia Lodge and Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne, which all offer easy access to the fun.

Staying in a Disneyland Paris hotel is something that you will remember for a long time. It is easy enough to get to the theme park as a free shuttle service leaves each hotel every 10 minutes. You can also take the shuttle service to Disney Village, which is an entertainment district that includes shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars.

Another benefit of Disneyland Paris is that more than 80% of the attractions and rides are under cover, so there is no risk of getting sun burnt or wet. The rides and attractions at Euro Disney have something to offer for everyone and you can reduce your waiting time when you use the free fastpass service.

Another advantage when you buy your theme park tickets is you can break your day up just as you want to. Even if you leave the theme park, you can return later that day, providing you keep your ticket of course. It is advisable stay at least 2 days in Eurodisney to get around all the attractions, but most families decide to stay a week because there is so much to do!

Madeira
Madeira in portuguese means “wood”, and if there is something that abounds in this atlantic archipelago is the wood of the millions of trees that cover it. This is because a considerable part of this principal island, of the same name, is occupied by the Natural Park of Madeira, Humanity Patrimony because of its woods of Laurisilva, a prehistoric vegetal survivor. These beautiful areas can be known through the more than 200 old canals that cross the island, and that were used to translate water from the high zones to the lower ones where it used to be the villages.

Funchal, the capital, formed by tight little streets that still keep, many of them, the stone pavement of the XIX century. There are many places from where you can appreciate the beauty of the island, like the oriel Trigo de Negreiros, between Ponta do Sol and Madalena do Mar, and the Mirador de la Cruz. Another inhabited island, Porto Santo, with just 4500 citizens, is very interesting.
Madeira, with its landscape rich in exotic flora, its impressive cliffs, and its beautiful sunsets, is a source of inspiration for those who disembarked on it from Cristobal Colon to Wiston Churchil, who romantically called it the floating garden.

Dominican Republic
The Dominican Republic is one of the most popular vacational destinies of the Caribe among europeans. Due to its offer of sun, beaches, sea, and especially for its luxury hotels where everything is included, it is supposed to be the dream of many tourists made true. However, Dominican Republic is much more. Located between Cuba and Puerto Rico, and sharing insular territory with Haiti, its capital, Santo Domingo, was the first one that was established in the New World.

To the richness of the colonial patrimony that can be found in towns and cities (cathedrals, convents, forts…) we have to add an impressive nature perfectly conserved. The country has more than 20 Natural parks, like the Haitises, Armando Bermudez, or Del Este. Here, travelers can see dolphins, marine turtles, and more than a hundred species of exotic animals.

Boca Chica is the most popular beach and the closest to Santo Domingo Capital. It is located 25 minutes far from the capital at east direction, passing the International Airport of Las Americas. The beach is surrounded by a big coral reef, it has a spectacular blue-turquoise color.
